QA Test Engineer

• Review and analyze system specifications
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans

Requirements

• Graduate degree
• 5+ years of automation/manual testing experience
• Experience in writing or enhancing test scripts for web applications
• Experience in validating API using any tool e.g. Postman API
• Experience in developing and writing test strategies and test cases in a complex environment
• Experience using Jira is essential
• Strong manual testing experience
• Familiar with full systems development lifecycle
• Some experience front end testing (Selenium/Cypress)
• Desirable knowledge of tech stacks: JS/TS Vue, PostgreSQL, Cloud infrastructure, Debugging logs using browser developer tools
• Outstanding communication skills to a technical level, with the ability to discover the root cause of complex issues
• Proven track record implementing end to end QA/Testing processes, creating documentation and supporting their continuous improvement
• Motivated and solution-oriented with the ability to work across multiple cultures and with demonstrated success working closely within a team as well as independently
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to get a quick grasp of complex technical systems
• Experience in agile software development processes
• Never-ending desire to grow and learn
